2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Fuego Premium BBQ's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Reservations and Cancellations
All reservations made through our website or via phone are subject to availability. For parties of 6 or more, a credit card is required to secure the reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50€ per person.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Fuego Premium BBQ or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Fuego Premium BBQ's website, even if Fuego Premium BBQ or a Fuego Premium BBQ authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
